Tammy Schulz has 23 years of law enforcement experience and 7 years in emergency preparedness. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice Management and a Master’s Degree in Organizational Leadership from Judson University. She is a certified D.A.R.E. (Drug Abuse Resistance Education) and G.R.E.A.T. (Gang Resistance Education and Training) instructor.

She works with schools, libraries, day care centers and religious organizations to educate children, teens and adults on important health and safety topics.

She has taken her law enforcement experience and her passion for teaching to make a difference in her community. Her mission is to improve safety standards within her community using scenario based training exercises performed within the safe harbor of “TammyTown.”

Tammy Town was created in 2011, modeled after her hometown in Iowa. Tammy Town travels from town to town, to educate children, teens and adults how to keep themselves safe at home, in their community and to and from school.
